4S Already Antiquated According to Devs

Where are the water splashes? Why make this iPhone 5 exclusive? A dumb headed move, in my book. No way my phone is already too slow to handle that effect. Still a good game Ive had since it launched, however. Id love to hear the Devs reasoning behind leaving out the aforementioned effect, however.
